are distractions killing your businessAre Distractions Killing Your Business?

I bet my life isn’t much different from yours when it comes to distractions. We all have them. They interrupt our flow, we lose momentum, and in a worse case scenario you have to ask yourself are distractions killing your business.

But…you have to get things done. Life won’t wait and neither will your business. You are either growing your business or regressing. Life and business do not stand still.

First, you need to figure out what your distractions are before you can tackle them.

Sounds silly, but if you don’t take the time to think about this you can’t really address them.

Distractions are a way to silence the little pesky voice in your head reminding you of things you need to do but it doesn’t work! That little voice is a waste of your time and energy. And it won’t go away until you take action and do the things that need to get done.

So write down what is keeping you from your work and distracting you. Become the observer of your actions and in a matter of hours or days you can figure this out. It can be difficult because some distractions, like Facebook, are also a tool for you in your business.
